Juste Chanter

Hello

Juste Chanter:
A Dreamer Who Just Wanted to Sing:
English translation of the French memoir

Juste Chanter: A Dreamer Who Just Wanted to Sing is the first book by Trésor Otshudi. This autobiographical memoir traces his inspiring journey from Kinshasa, in what was then Zaire, to Vancouver, Canada.

Along the way, he shares the highs and lows of chasing his dream of singing and turning music into his life’s calling.

From his early days in France—first in Lille, then between Lille and Paris—to his move to Toronto, and finally to Vancouver, Trésor invites readers into the personal moments, challenges, and revelations that shaped his voice, his purpose, and his faith.

More than a story of one man’s dream, Juste Chanter is a testimony to resilience, creativity, and the courage to follow your passion—no matter how long the road.

About the Author:

Trésor Otshudi is the founder of Trésor Music Ministry, a platform dedicated to worship, gospel music education, and leadership development. I am the author of three books exploring voice, faith, and musical leadership.

My memoir, Juste Chanter: A Dreamer Who Just Wanted to Sing, traces my personal journey of calling, identity, and perseverance through music and faith.

Worship and Theology: A Systematic Guide for Worship Pastors offers a thoughtful and practical framework for worship leaders who seek to ground their ministry in Scripture and sound theology.

My most recent book, Interpreting Mozart’s Requiem: Analytical Foundations and Conducting Practice in the Introitus, is a focused resource for conductors and advanced musicians engaging with one of the choral canon’s most profound works.

All three books are available in English and French and can be purchased directly through my Amazon Author Page.
